In 1999. Jeremiah Nieves entered the mortgage industry as a loan originator. After 4 short months, Nieves was within the top 5% of the company, and by the middle of 2003 was ranked number 2 out of 65 loan officers. It was no surprise when he later became a partner within the company. In 2007, Nieves decided to shift his focus and obtained his real estate license. Within one year, he was promoted to run the office, managing not only his own transactions, but the agents within the office as well. In 2014, Jeremiah Nieves opened his own company in Park Ridge, IL. In order to dedicate his time and attention to his clients, Nieves closed his office in 2017 and joined Century 21 McMullen, which became part of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage only two months later.
Because of his work history, Jeremiah Nieves fully understands transaction process from all angles, has a successful track record in residential sales, and has a reputation for making his clients a priority. He is an avid student of sales strategies and approaches with advanced training in competitive/hard bargaining, collaborative negotiating, the psychology of buying, and persuasion principles.
