Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential SpecialistĀ® (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI)

Ray Melnyk has been serving the Chicagoland area as a realtor and finding dream homes for his clients since 1992. He started his career building trust and loyalty to a point where his broker saw his potential and asked him to share his knowledge with other new real estate agents. So he took on the position of New Agent Trainer in the office. In the years to come he has trained many successful agents in the Northwest Chicago area. He has since left that position and is pursuing his own successful career.

He has continued his education by attending regular real estate designation classes. He is a Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), where you learn the ethics of dealing with potential buyers and what issues are important to them and to give them the highest quality of service.

He is a Certified Residential Specialist. A CRS is the highest designation awarded to a sales associate in the residential field. The CRS designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

He is also a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. The GRI symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. Realtors with a GRI are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protest their client.
