A Chicago Northwest Side native, Rosemary Del Cid was introduced to real estate when she was in high school. Her first job was a secretary at a Century 21 office. Having graduated from DeVry University in 2004, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, she put herself through college while working for a busy real estate attorney. Rosemary furthered her education by obtaining her real estate license in 2005 and self-managed her business in 2007. Altogether, she has over 16 years of experience in the Chicago real estate market!
As a full-time Broker, Rosemary specializes in single family houses, condominiums and multi-family units! Being very familiar with the city and surrounding suburbs, makes her an excellent negotiator when it comes to representing her clients. She brings a wealth of knowledge to first-time buyers with her ability to thoroughly explain the home-buying process in such a way that makes her clients feel empowered and confident in their decision to become homeowners. She works closely with a network of seasoned professionals to facilitate each and every transaction. Her clients know that their needs are met with the utmost care.
One of the highlights of Rosemary’s real estate career has been a “Featured Realtor” on the HGTV Show, National Open House.
Rosemary’s love for real estate has come full circle! In her personal life, she is always called upon to help friends and former clients alike to decide “what to do” in their homes as far as design goes, or to organize their next events. She loves to host! That love to host to make her guests feel welcome definitely carries into the attention and dedication she offers each and every client she encounters!
