Shari Mack is an accomplished and dedicated Broker who, above all, genuinely cares for her clients Her mission is to provide expert advice and guidance so buyers and sellers can truly find the home of their dreams or sell their home for top dollar.

Shari prides herself on being a fierce client advocate by delivering top-notch service and partnerships that are unique, supportive and built on trust. She believes mutual respect is crucial, and strives to give each client a positive experience based on prompt and authentic communication. Real Estate is not only about the transaction, it's about developing long-lasting relationships. Shari's warm demeanor, yet tough negotiation skills, ensures she has her clients' best interests at heart at all times.

"Find a job you love, and you will never work a day in your life" never resonated with Shari until she became a Broker in 1987. She quickly realized she found her calling and passion. A graduate of Carthage College, Shari also holds degrees in real estate education and computer science from Northeastern University and Oakton Community College. She is certified as a paralegal and holds the distinctive Certified Property Manger (CPM) designation, having trained and completed educational programs in all facets of real estate with top sales trainers and legal advisors in the country.

In her first year of real estate, Shari was the first female selected from an all-male queque as the Managing Broker for the Commercial Division. She continues to list and assist commercial buyers with investment properties. Her real estate education has also continued with extensive training in relocation. Starting with the Century 21 franchise as she began her real estate career, Shari served as the Relocation Director from 1987 to 2003. She has completed relocation management training with Coldwell Banker and holds the Certified Corporate Property Specialist (CCPS) and Certified Residential Marketing Specialist (CRMS) designations, as well as participating as a member of the Educational Board of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC). and authoring articles, to help employees transferring to new areas, for "School House Magazine".

Having produced lead-generation articles for the real estate industry, Shari brings insight for online presence to her buyer and seller clients. A Notary Public for 25-years, Shari has extended her education in this field to include new Illinois laws for notary signing of real estate documents. She holds an Illinois Managing Broker license and is a Certified Managing Sales instructor.

During her real estate career, Shari has made it a point to learn the entire Chicagoland area and its Suburbs, East, North, South and West. She is a member of the Des Plaines, Niles and Morton Grove Chambers of Commerce. Professional memberships include the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors (NICAR), Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and both MREDLLC and Mainstreet (MORE) Multiple Listing Services.
